Dr. Sarah Vadeboncoeur, D.C.

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Sarah graduated from the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Northwestern Health Sciences University as Valedictorian of her class. Dr. Sarah completed her Chiropractic Acupuncture Certification and loves it for the treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions up to and including joint pain, headaches, boosting immune function and allergies. While studying at Northwestern, she also finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. Dr. Sarah has additional training and interest in Fascial Movement Taping (RockTape), for postural awareness, musculoskeletal pain such as joint pain or muscle pain, and the use of RockTape for athletes. RockTape is an innovative technique that is utilized to decompress an area of swelling and/or inflammation, it delays fatigue, normalizes muscle tone, distributes physical stress, and creates interference that decreases pain signals to the brain. Dr. Sarah also has training in Graston Technique, which is an instrument-assisted soft tissue technique that enables clinicians to effectively address scar tissue, fascial restrictions and range of motion of affected muscles and joints.

Dr. Sarah knew that she wanted to become a chiropractor at the age of 15 when low back pain, shin splints, and shoulder injuries sidelined her from playing sports. It was shortly after this she began treatment in a chiropractic office. Through the use of chiropractic care alone, she was able to resume playing at a competitive level shortly after treatments began. Dr. Sarah is passionate about helping people achieve a higher quality of life through chiropractic care and healthy lifestyles. In her spare time, Dr. Sarah likes to play volleyball and spend her time sailing and fishing at the lake.

Chiropractic Assistant

I am your chiropractic assistant.

I am your chiropractic assistant because I know what it is to be sick, and to be saved by chiropractic. I am your chiropractic assistant because I know what it feels like to have no hope, and to never have aspirations for the future. Chiropractic showed me what life can really be like. Having a healthy mind, body and soul has changed me and my family’s life.

I am your chiropractic assistant because I am tired of seeing people suffering, over-medicating and being unhappy. I believe that all people have the birth right for full health and happiness. I care about others and I want everyone to have the opportunity to live their full potential in life, and look forward to every day.

I am your chiropractic assistant because I am committed to a better way of life. I am committed to you!
